Privacy Policy

Sebastien Parent Media ("I", "me") is a marketing and web design business run by Sebastien Parent in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why, and what choices you have. I follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What I collect

• When you book a call: your name, email address and anything you choose to write in the booking form. Bookings are handled by Google Calendar.
• When you buy a package: your name, email, phone number, billing address and business name. Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
• When you contact me: whatever you include in your email, call or text.
• When we work together: the access you give me to your social media, Google Business Profile or website accounts, and the content, photos and results data needed to do the work.

This website itself does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded Google Calendar booking tool may set its own cookies, as described in Google's privacy policy.

How I use it

• To schedule and hold consultations.
• To deliver the services you sign up for, including reporting and billing.
• To reply to your questions.
• For founding program clients, to publish the portfolio results and testimonial you agreed to share.

I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else handles it

I use a small number of trusted services to run the business: Google (calendar, email and Meet), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (website hosting, which may log IP addresses for security). These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

How long I keep it

I keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required for tax and accounting records. When we stop working together, you can ask me to remove my access to your accounts. I'll confirm once it's done.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent for me to use it (subject to legal or contractual limits). Just email me and I'll respond within 30 days.
